i was wondering if a full sized spare would fit in my trunk.... i know theres room... but is there away for it to be hidden or can i tie it down? or more simply can it fit where the tiny donut is?

the tire will fit ... the temp spacer doubles to hold normal tyres too ... the truck floor board will no longer be flat though

Yep I did that in my 88 and the board never fit straight and also I have heard its a safety hazard if you get rear ended. But I hate the donut tire
