Something to think about with those rims...
The spokes are not rounded and have cornered edges with angled sides, so you're probably going to get a lot of flashing if you chrome plate them. That's probably some of the reason that everything but the face of the wheel comes painted. If you really want to be seen, it's a good pick, despite them being 15's.
... Anything matches with white.

EDIT Fixed spelling

ya they probably would be more flashy but i think it would also make them look ugly. i like my chrome wheels to have a crazy design. something si wheels arent.. they're just too plain and just too small.. chrome looks ok on a white car but i'd never get chrome on a white civic, only a white truck. i do want chrome wheels on my black civic tho, i think chrome looks sick on black.. but ya i'd say leave it the way it is, if you want them to stand out get them powder coated white. white on white looks real phat...
