18" Rims question

i am in the process of buying 18" rims....i wanna know if I can put them on my car with stock equipment and not aftermarket camber kit or shocks or springs? just until i can get the camber kit and springs.

uh.. you'd have less of a problem fitting 18s with a stock car then with a lowered car. i have 215-40-18 tires on neuspeed sports. 1 finger gap all around. no problems at all. see members page for pics

those are the springs im looking at getting too....so stock will hold for the time being until i can get my springs and camber kit?

ya but its going to look ugly... even mine seems too high still.. maybe you want to go with 215-35-18 tires.

have you ever had a full car (4-5 peeps) in your car with your new wheels? still no probs?

ya no problems even with 4 people. well except i scrape a little when i goto my friends house.. she lives in the hills and that mess is steep as hell... but ya otherwise no problems. oh and btw, i dont have a camber kit so ya i have negative camber. if you have a .5 degree camber, you might have some problems. dont even get my tires tho, i would suggest 215-35-18 or 225-35-18(not 100% sure if those fit tho).

i dunno what the tire size is, im buying them locally off someone for $800 brand new. So what ever is on there, i will just have to deal with till I have to get new tires.
