i'm really confused, i just went to this site (www.machiii.net) that sells rota battles and advan model 5, which are the rims that the battles are replicas of. the weird thing is that the battles are $600 while the advans are $490 for the same size (17"). now, i find this really weird, but on another site i saw that the two models were about the same price (with the advan a bit higher). it's really strange how rota knockoffs cost nearly or even more than the original elite rims they're modeled after.

also, anyone tried machiii.net for rims? i'm guessing they must be okay since they have an actual shop in SF. anyone been there before? they have good prices on rotas, advans, volks, and others. i may get my rotas here.

Dude... The Advan Rims are $490 EACH. The Rotas are $600 for 4. The prices are just written differently.
