Which rim looks better on silver sedan?
hey guys i'm planning to get some 17-in. 5-spoke rims for my sedan. Need your opinions on which one looks better on the sedan ....Nakayama gt5 or the tenzo-R rs5

hey, i like the kind of "deep dish" look of the Tenzos, but the Nakayama's look cleaner i think. if you like the Tenzos, check out Konig Rated-R wheels. theyre the same except that those dont have the bolts around the edge (easier to clean).
here they are

silver is nice, but Tenzo has a real nice gunmetal color. i have a silver sedan also, with gunmetak Tenzo Passion wheels...they look gooooood!!! check it out.

Yeah i dig the rated-R's...i actually considered them once...saw them on this black coupe and it looked hot. So um i'm all confused about what kind of rims to get now. The nakayama's are the most affordable right now and the tenzo-r's are not fully stocked. I can't seem to make up my mind. I know i'm definately getting silver rims. My ride have 20% onyx tint all around and i'm planning to install the oem style spoiler from spoilerdepot.com too. Do 5-spoke or 6-spoke rims look better??? Any opinions welcome. Thanks big time guys! What do u ppl think about these 5zigens:

i guess an important thing to think about is what look youre going for. when i was looking for rims i knew i wanted to make my car have a more euro-sports sedan look to it, and a lot of sports cars in europe have deep dish wheels. when it came down to it, i thought 5 spokes looked better than the 6 spoke style i found.
i liked the nakayama over the tenzos you were looking at. but i really like the 5zigen ones even more. altho, youre probably gonna pay more for the 5zigens.
5 spke vs 6 spoke...heres the thing. our car has 4 lugs, so a 5 spoke wheel is gonna look kinda unbalanced if you really nit pick. if its a plain design wheel, that might be more obvious since the holes dont line up with the spokes. on a 6 spoke rim the holes might line up better since theyre both even numbers (you know what i mean???) i know this is REALLY being **** about it, but thats like one of the first things i looked at...whether the rim looked like it flowed.
hope that helped...post pix when you decide and get them.

Hey thanks everyone for your take in this matter....esp. pbfoot (you cleared up some frustrations i had and gave me some good ideas)...I like the 5Zigen Fireball more too...so i'll have to save up a bit more if i want them. We'll see what my budget permits. If not i'll jus get the Nakayamas. But other than that i appreciated everyone's views...thanks again!!!
