Break Pads

Did a search and found nothing. I need new break pads and I was wondering what kind/brand I should get. I have stock breaks and stock rotors. I don't want to get them from Honda because they cost like 58 dollers. Thanks

For just pads, get the AEM/Nissin pads. They're the best and they're about $50 or so. Very little dust and will actually stop quicker, even on stock rotors. You can find them @ optauto.com.

Chances are the reason you didnt find anything is because it's spelled "Brake" not "Break".

Sorry, not trying to sound like an ***. As for the pads, I recently bought the AEM/Nissin pads from OptAuto and I must say I'm very pleased with them. I don't know about how long they'll last since I just had them installed this month, but I do feel the decreased braking distance. I recommend them!! =)

I think you mean OEM rotors instead of AEM because your sentence isn't making sense.

Anyhoo, as far as I know the pads from the big brake kit only fit the big brake kit.

Has anyone had them long enough to say if they chew up your stock rotors?

I have had them on 2 cars - they don't chew up your stock rotors BUT getting a better aftermarket rotor - Brembo say - is definetly a plus. Better rotors and pads will help you stop much quicker and allow for more control - w/o spending a ton of cash. I now have Brembo slotted on my daily driver and Cross-drilled/slotted on my toy - both with the AEM pads. I would recommend them highly.
