I know people have said that the toxxins were discontinued before but the info usually came from a dealer, and there were a bunch of conflicting reports... so anyway, i asked Konig themselves and they emailed me confirming that the Toxxin has indeed been discontinued.

I was told I bought one of the last sets of the Tantrums cause they were supposed to be discontinued too and replaced by the Tantrum II....but I still see places selling Tantrums...I'm confused about that too.

i don't know if the tantrums have been discontinued yet or not, but it seems like every site that carries tantrums have them in stock, and A LOT of them in stock. makes sense since they're so d*** popular.

discount tire direct still sells konig toxxins...got mine in january 2003

Well they still have inventory. The factory stopped making them, so when the distrubuters run out, the only ones you will see is the ones on cars or privite owners selling them.
