205/40/17 and mileage

I just got my rims a few weeks ago and I've noticed my mileage going up rather quickly with them. Yes, I know that because they are a smaller diameter than what the odometer is calibrated at, they odo will rack up the mileage quicker. But what my main concern is, how "off" will my odo be for every 1000 miles? I'm just cocerned that I'm putting on more miles on the odo than I really am.

You can calculate it by using this: Tire Size Calculator
You have an EX, so your speedometer reading is now about 4.13% too fast. That means that for every 1000 miles that you actually travel, the speedometer will show that you traveled 41.3 miles more than that amount.

ok, thats freaking me out.... So I have a lot more mileage than what my odo says, and I actually get less gas than what my odo says.... I guess I shouldn't freak out since nobody else is, but the thought of it.... eh, oh well... paranoya

I tried asking a while ago. I dont know if it depends on the dealer but the two I asked won't do it. Something about unrecommended wheel diameters.
