How come you hardly ever see Scorchers? There's probably only 1 set of them in my city. Are they just bad tires or something? It's not like they're extremely overpriced or anything. And BF Goodrich announced back in 2000 that you can get custom colors like light green and fuschia and purple, etc...I thought those were what I was going to get, but it scares me that no one has them so I don't know if they're good or not. What's the deal?

i have them and they dont seem that bad in the rain. I was going like 40 in the rain, and it took about 5-9 feet longer than usual to stop. I know its some difference, but I dont know. They seem really good to me, they stick pretty well in both rain and dry. Just my $0.02 though.

i thought they were too expensive and yo could get better tires for the price
i also heard they a have smell nasty smell when heated up
