what rotors to get?

i want to get new rotors, hate the rust on the stock ones. i was thinking about getting the aem big break kit, but decided not to because if i ever have a flat, i need a spare tire that is bigger than 16 inchs. what other rotors are good that will fit the stock spare tire?

Brembo makes OEM sized rotors. There was a discussion about this a few weeks ago... They won't make you stop faster, but they won't rust. And they'll fit the stock spare.

they won't rust like your OEM rotors but they still do get a rusty look to them. Get crossed drilled AND slotted rotors.

Last time I checked, the donut was not a 17" rim, which is needed to fit the brake rotor in.

I have BREMBOS IN STOCK, to the ceiling.

FREE SHIPPING also.
Linky

Start at $151 for the pair.
These are the real deal, not like the fake stuff on GBC.

Hey Rob, if you opt to add the pads to the rotor purchase, what kind of pads are they? Do they include all necessary shims?

Thanks.

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
The AEM big brake upgrade is awesome and you can tell the difference inb braking its pricy but its worth it only problem is you need at LEAST 16s...i would go with that rather than just the rotors IMO i have pics up in my members ride

I went with a company called iROTORS and so far they have worked out great.
They are OEM replacements, went on with out any problems and look real good.
They are cross-drilled and slotted. They cost me $109 shipped. Go check them out.

if you got a flat, all you would have to do is replace one of the rear wheels with the spare, then put the rear wheel on the front. right??

Yeah, that would work if you keep your rear drums.
