I've got those tires on my car. I haven't had any experience with other low profile tires, but they do handle well and aren't real noisy. Plus, the place where I bought them, the guy recommended I get the Sumimotos over the other brands like Toyo. The Sumimotos were cheaper than the rest, so I know he wasn't just trying to make a sell. He was wanting to sell me what he thought was best. He also said that he hasn't ever had anyone complain about them. Hope that helps.

I've had mine on for about 5000 miles, and they still look brand new. The biggest thing the sales guy talked about when he was selling me the Sumimotos was the tread life. So, I would say these will last longer and you should get your money's worth.
