At 10,000 miles is a tire rotation alone enough or should do the wheels need to be balanced with every tire rotation? I can get a rotation included in a special overall checkup but the rotation and balance only is the same price.

If it's the same price go with the full package. Otherwise, just a rotation is fine.

if you are starting to ge a bit of wheel rumble at higher speeds like usually at 60 and above then go ahead and get your wheels balanced if not then i would not worry about it
