Scratched Rims

I dont know how I got two scratches on two rims. They are white rims. now i can see the metal under it. Can i buff that out and use touch up paint on it? If so, what kind of touch up paint would i use?

If you can see the metal that is under the white paint, that can't be buffed out...I have gunmetal rims and I went to Pep Boys and got some regular touch up paint...just scrape a lil paint off the back of your rim and take it along with you...hold it up to the color on the bottle and see what matches...
