The offset has to be somthing like 40 to 45mm. I'm not sure on the offset range, could somebody else verify this.
Both Tire Rack and Discount Tire do not have listings for a '92 Altima. They DO have listings for '93 Altima's. Almost all the wheels they recommend have a 4x114.3mm bolt pattern. My informed guess is that those wheels will not fit.
EDIT: If the wheels have a dual bolt pattern (ie: 4x100 / 4x114.3), then you're good to go!
EDIT (again): Check out this website Konig Monsoon. It says the dual bolt pattern is both 4x100 and 4x114.3. Safest bet would be to do a test fit, or maybe even e-mail/call Konig and ask.

This should not be a problem for you at all. If he has an older Altima it is a 4-114.3 bolt pattern. The Monsoons should be dual drilled 4-100/4-114.3. The exact same PN from Konig fits both cars...m078d0445s. Be careful not to bust one up, you can't find those anymore!
