PEP BOY WHEELS?
I never tried em, but wouldnt cause they'd be heavier, not as appealing and everytime i looked at my car i'd probably wished i'd waited for more cash flow, and gotten a good name brand that looked better--jus my opinion, i could be wrong
I bought some because at the time I didn't have any money and was tired of my stock wheels. However, they looked like sh@#! I had them for about a month and finally got some real wheels. I sold those POS wheels for cheap to a little wheel and tire shop. Save your money and get something that you will really enjoy. Your car will thank you.

Imo, just get what you like. It doesn't really matter where it comes from. It's not like you are going to put a pep boys wheel on and hit a bump and the rim is going to crack in half.
Anyhow, I would look at the Rota line of wheels. They are relatively inexpensive, of high quality, and most importantly, of light-weight.
450 for the wheels shipped to your door in a 15" size.
100 for mounting your stock tires, chrome valve stems, lugs, and balance.
