02 civic offset wheels

Hey I have a 2002 honda civic and im intrested in buying a set of esm 002r sl wheels they are 4×100 bolt pattern with a 35 offset. 16× 7.5. With a 73.1 mm bore I want to know if these wheels will fit on my car or will I have to do any special specifications? I also wanted to do a stretched tire for the wheels also . If not does anyone know whats the biggest offset I can go with out any cutting or what would be the best offset with stretched tires for my car ???

So according to this 7.5" width wheels won't work with 35mm offset on 7th gen non-SI. Would you have to go with a smaller offset?

Re: 02 civic offset wheels

If you stretch, and roll your fenders.. possibly flare them just a little bit it should work np.

Re: 02 civic offset wheels

I think I'd be comfortable going down to +20 or +25 offset with 7.5" wheels.

I run 215/45/17 and they are slightly stretched.

I don't what that means?

You are going to need at least a 225-245 wide tire. Use this calculator to help you determine the size that will keep your gauges accurate.

We have one too that has different info:
