Basically any wheel that'll fit just about any 2005 and older civic will fit your '00 ex. Except the 04-05 Civic Si (since they put a 5x114.3 bolt pattern on those).

If you find a set of Honda rims you wanna use, just make sure they're a 4x100 bolt pattern and the offset is between +35 and +45. You should be fine so long as it fits those parameters.

2005 and older civic
Didn't research this, but don't the 4 lug wheels from a Honda Fit/Jazz and Insight use the same bolt pattern? That opens up a wider range of choices

The Fit, Insight, 2005 and older Civic (exc. 04-05 Si hatch) all use 4x100.
