Disc Brakes

I have a 2004 Honda Civic EX and the brake pads on the right wear out faster than the ones on the left. What could be the reason? Could the caliper need replacing?

Re: Disc Brakes

You prob have uneven pressure going to each side. The cause of this could be that you have more air bubbles on one side than the other. And remember bubbles are very compressible which will cause different your left/right calipers to compress at different pressures.

So for example if your right caliper compresses more than your left, your right pad wil
Wear out faster.
