yes but u can go much much wider tire.

if u put a 185 on there the tire sidewalls will stretch

185/75/15 is the factory suggested size, is it not? so 65 shouldn't make too much of a difference I don't think. But I am no expert. If Sl33py is telling you this, I'd go with his word over mine lol. I'm currently rolling on 205/45 R15. A much wider tire, but equals to almost the same size sidewall, just a bit smaller.
