Hello all ! I found a local powder coater that will do my rims but there is a color issue. My car is figi blue pear and I want gold rims but some say bronze is what looks better, So my question is does any one have a powder coat color code for a gold or bronze that would look best with Figi blue pear paint? Help please...

Just for reference.. the color he's talking about is this:
Personally I'd say go with the bronze. To be honest, straight up gold will probably offset the blue. You want a rim color that will complement your paint, not outshine it. Bronze is very sleek and will look amazing with that shade of blue.
I wish I had more time to look up a code for you but I got class in 20 minutes but I googled "Bronze Powder Code" and came across caswellpainting.com, they have a gallery of artwork and I came across this: http://forum.caswellplating.com/phot...to=943&cat=500
That's probably a good idea of what a gold color would look like . As I said earlier, too bright for your sleeker blue. Personally, I think the ideal choice would be a straight up bronze color. Hope that get's you started at least.
