Different brake pads for '02 vs. '03?

I'm looking for some new OEM brake pads for my '02 coupe. While looking at Majestic Honda's site, I noticed different part numbers for '01-'02 and '03-'05. On Ebay, I see pads listed as fitting '03-'05 models but not '01-'02. I thought all the rotor sizes were the same and I highly doubt Honda redesigned the calipers for 2003, so I'm guessing they're all the same. Am I correct? If so, why the different part numbers?

Don't trust eBay for something as important as brake pads.. and yes they're all the same. trust the Honda part number..

The Honda part number is different.

Because I can save $20 on '03-'05 OEM pads on Ebay.

well if $20 is worth the risk of having them not fit or work properly, go for it. honda tends to give the same part number if the part were exactly the same.

Which is why I'm asking this question, to eliminate that risk.
