Brake problem- Torn caliper boot

i was having problem with my brakes and it turns out in addition to warped rotors, botts on the caliper are torn..he suggested I should replace and calipers with new ones...and will cost me around $300+.....How difficult it is to replace calipers myself...is there a DIY.....I searched everywhere but didn't find DIY for calipers...Also...how to flush the hydraulic system...I was told i need to do that....Is it same as changing Brake fluid? I am thinking of buying cailpers myself and replacing it...any suggestions/tips would be helpful...do I need any special tools?

thanks

Civic calipers have gotta be about 35 bucks each at autozone after you return the cores. If you have a buddy, you can bleed brakes. The DIY is on here somewhere.

shouldn't be that hard, and yeah, bleeding them is about the same as changing fluid, assuming you've been doing that the right way. hell, while you're at it, upgrade to steel lines.

yeah, you return the old ones, and they use parts of them to make new ones. you get money back for bringing them back.
