new tenzo dc-5 17's

i purchased a set of tenzo dc-5's from wheelsnext.com. great service, i have to say. but i installed them on my car. the ride was shakey and i knew i needed an alignment and probably a balancing. i got it done that afternoon at pepboys since i was there and they said they'd do it. so i figured why not. well they did the work and it was alright. i figured maybe it was just me since i knew after market wheels drove differently.

that day passed and things were okay. on my way to work the day after i was doing around 60 and it started shaking again then it went away. i had my friend drive it and he agreed something wasn't right.

that day i took it back to pepboys asking it be fixed, and right. they said they'd check everything and there would be no charge. they did the work and i got it back. the alignment was fine but i still felt a shake on the highway but i figured it was the road. now last night i noticed that its fine up until 60. then bad between 60-70 and after 70 its fine again. i dont want to take it back if i dont have to but is it a balancing issue? theres no other problems like brakes dragging cause i smell nothing and it drives fine. but its just when i get up to 60's that it shakes as if one of the wheels is going to fall off and then i speed up more its fine.

sorry that was long but i need to know what to do. if its the balancing im thinking about giving them one last time before they can fix it right and if they cant i want my money back.

thanks.

Did you get hub-centric rings? If not, it's either that or a bad balance.

im gonna be a noob here and guess that those were those plastic rings that fit inside the rim in between and rim and hub, if so. yes.

it sounds like they weren't balanced correctly. i didn't even know pepboys did alignments or balancing, but I know I wouldn't take my car there for anything.
