Do those little weights that they put on the inside of the tire matter?

I was wondering if they matter much? I think mine fell off on one of my tires cuz i found it on the floor when i was washing the car. Does it make a huge difference on my tires when im driving or wear and tear of the tire? Should i take it back to the place that balanced the tire and put them on?

disturbed24st is an unknown quantity at this point
If the weights fell off it will make the wheel shake at certain speeds, but just take it to your tire shop and they will balance it.If you bought the tires there they might even do it for free
