noob face question

When you buy new wheels for your tires, you need to take to a place to get them put on right? They use a machine that puts it on correctly and balances it right, this isnt something you do yourself... Kinda confused about this..

well, unless you are extremely skilled with some tools at home, you migh, MIGHT could mount them, but balance with have to taken to a Dsicount Tire or something to get mounted. i mean with me working @ Discount, i can do this myself, but we use a machine that doesnt touch the face of the wheel, and a balancer to ge the whels smooth. but other than that, 30 min. job @ my work!
