Brake fluid and pad???

I get my rotoras put on today, and i wanted to know what fluid i should put in. Ive heard alot about motul, is this a good fluid? what are the other options? Also, what brake pads are good and dont produce too much brake dust?

motul is very good brake fluid. however, it tends to pick up dirt very quickly so it needs to be changed very frequently (exp: after a day at the track). valvoline synthetic is supposed to be good as well (a step up from OEM), and does not require you to change the fluid as often (i'm running this in my car).
