Rep Power: 379 Biggest Tire in front?
Alright, imma get some rota boosts 17x8 soon and i wanna know the biggest tire i can put in front.
im inbetween a 245/40 or 235/40. i had 225/45/17 on my last rims and that was fine. i believe my offset in the front will be around 35. i just wanna know if i can fit those 245s decently in front... anybody try this already?

Rep Power: 0 rotas is good, durable and lightweight, yes they are made in philippines but it doesn't means crap at all. The only bad to me is pricey, add 1 or 2 bills more that you can get a 5zigen or any other good brand instead.

I would just say you're going to have to grab some rims and some tires and play with it. You may or may not get a 235 in depending on the rim and the suspension settings. I know 235s won't fit in the rear, don't even try it (225s are a serious stretch as it is).

Rep Power: 379 i got 235/40/17 tires, im goign to get 215/45 in the back
the 235's measure 8.5 inches and the 215 measure 7.5
1. i have 5 lug type S. only a selected few rims fit with 11.8 inch brakes
2. i want 17's
3. i might get a stoptech bbk in the near future, so i need something to clear them
4. i wanna have a nice combo, i don't like the look of 15's or 16's much and 18s are too big, been there, done that..
i think im goign to get 45 offset and if i need to, put spacers in the front. i wanna make sure i can tuck those 17x8 in the back with out having a bad offset, my last rims has 225/45 and i had a horrible CAMBER to fit those tires under the back. i mights get extened studs. we will see whats up soon

Rep Power: 379 alright, i know this **** is old. but i just got some 17x8 5zigen fn01-rc silver. with 225/45 Hankook K106. i got it for a really good price i know the tires are **** 340 tread... i can't complain for something about 2 weeks old.. i think i'll be changing at least the front tires up in the future to something umm, alot better.
when i get time im goign to try these on some time this week. if i need spacers i'll find some... but for now. i need to raise up my car so i wont scrub...
