Rep Power: 0 What do you think of these 18's
I want a set of 18's with 225/40/18 tires for my black civic sedan. These are the Tenzo Overdose in hyperblack. What do you think?
Also, I wanted to drop my vehicle. I was thinking about the TOKICO D SPEC adjustable shocks/struts with 1.4" drop springs. I've been searching this forum. I can't decide what would be best. I want the ride to still be comfortable but I don't want that fugly wheel gap. Does any one have any spring and/or shock suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Rep Power: 252 i personally never seen those wheels in person at all. but from the pictures, it looks ugly imo. somehow reminds me of a clock or something.
also, i would recommend 215/40/18 > 225/40/18 to prevent wheel rubbing.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah .. and with teh wider tire ... who cares ... the extra cost for that and problems with rubbing will be annoying. And lets get real the difference is 1cm in width difference from a 215 to a 225.
Not worth it.

Rep Power: 252 ^it all varies as mentioned in boilermakers faq page. 225/40/18 is gonna be more tough to fit into the wheel well over a 215 wide tire. im not saying it wont fit, just increases the chances of rubbing over the 215.
