Ummm I don't like the 48 offset. That's probably gonna rub.
That bore is hubcentric.

Yeah, me too. The offset might be a little too high. It might not seem like much, but I'd go with the 45mm offset. They also make a 35mm, but that might be too small.

Regarding the hub size: 56.1mm hub bore is universal. Civics have pretty small hubs, but I don't have the specs. I'm sure you'll need hub rings. Some people will tell you they're not needed, but I like to be on the safe size. It's not worth having to put up with vibrations if the wheel's not centered.

Also, make sure they're good quality, and they fit both the wheel and hub nice and snug, you definitely don't want much (if any) play. Like boilermaker said, the bore is hubcentric.

No, 56.1 is Honda hubcentric. He doesn't need a centering ring.

205/40/17 are ideal, 215/45/17 would be of course better. 48 offset should not rub at only 1.5 drop and 205 width tires. When I researched on tires, 215/45's had much more variety of tires to choose from with a lil less cost.
