please help !! brakes

i am having 2 problems:

1. after my accident more than a year ago, my brakes became "harder"
what i mean is when i step on the brake paddle, it's more stiff, and response is slower/weaker.
i went to dealership and ALOT of other shops, no one said there is a problem.

**NO ! stiffer brake is NOT better if it is because it's a result of an accident !! and given that response is slower/weaker **

2. lately... about a 2 weeks ago my passenger side's front & rear door AND the "thing" inbetween the two doors VIBRATES and make a loud noise when i step on the brake, no matter if i am going fast or slow, hard brake or soft brake.. BUT the vibration / noise does not always happen

   again, no one knows what's the problem...
infact, the noise never come when i bring my car to my mechanic !!!!!
if anyone has ANY idea, please contribute

thanks a hell lot in advance !

#1 have the brake booster checked for suppield vacum, and function

#2 take it back to the bodyshop if the noise is coming from the repair area. Sounds like a broken spot welds maybe?

Yeah, I'm thinking vaccum issue as well. Its hard to diagnose a crashed car though... all bets are off.

if there was major repair work done as in replace pillars and such then sometimes one will make noise if not repaired properly
