When to repack wheel bearings ?

I have repacked several vehicles wheel bearings that i have owned over the years, and those cars usually had over 90,000 miles, and they were of assorted manufacturers, I had purchased the vehicles used but I don't really think that makes a difference to my question. So my question is, when is it recommended that the Honda civic wheel bearings be repacked with fresh grease? Can they be repacked with new grease? I dont see this mentioned in my owners manual, has anyone any experience in this area on the Honda civic?

They're sealed bearings. You don't repack them, you replace em when they go.

like everyones said they are sealed and cannot be repacked, and the best time to replace them is when the noise bugs you. if it aint broke dont fix it!
