...more in-depth progress story & pics @ a later date. i've been off work the past 2 days in a row and now i gotta get back in the swing of employment-things around here. ugh, owell. enjoy & comment if you wish. more to come sooooon. :smile:

already received approval from about 5 OF'ers thus far. yayyy!

and YES, i am AWARE of the darkness & the dirtiness--btw, i cannot wash the car for 2 days minimum...so dirty it will stay for now--. i didnt want it that dark either but that particular brand of paint only had 2 colors. BLACK & GUNMETAL METALLIC. so i took what i could get. its by no means perfect but its like having NEW rims to me & that's what i care most about. :smile:

yessir. DupliColor wheel paint, a great friend with superb painting skills, and 2 cans of DupliColor clear... tough stuff!!!

i will post more like i said when i get the chance. im about to be late for work. lol.

thanks for the props so far. and yeah, i decided due to chrome lugs, chrome valve stem caps, i thought the cap would look good silver...and i was right. i love it. i need wheel locks baaaad though. i was @ at the local Honda car meet last night and i think i had TOO much attention...dont much care for that.

anywho, im outtie. tty all l homies. thanks again. i love it. cant wait to freaking wash/wax my car though. 10000x better then. peace.

How long does painting your wheels generally last? Does it depend on the paint and stuff? How did you go about prepping the wheels.

BTW they look very nice.
