What size tires for 17's

Hello Everyone,

I'm planning on getting some rims next week, and i'm not sure what tire size would be good. I'm planning on getting these rims:

17 x 7.5 +20/+38 4h/5h x 100/114.3

Can you guyz please help me with what size tires to get for these rims? I'm running on Neuspeed Race springs. Any help would be great, thanks!

for your honda civic (non type-r and newer model si), you'll want the 4x100 lug pattern with the +38 offset.

as for tire size, search. if i were in your shoes, id go with an 215/45/17 simply because it doesn't alter the speedo as much and is wide enough for semi-performance handling. also ideal for daily driving.

also check out this tire calculator: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalcold.html this forum used to have one, but i cant find it
