differences between stock steels on 6th/7th gens?
Hey. Just picked up steelies from a 97 civic for my girlfriends 01 civic along with new toyo observe snow tires. Is there a difference between the different rims and years (i.e. hub centric/not hub centric, hub size changes, etc?) We had them installed on the car and its got a constant shake in the steering wheel. I tried taking them off at the house, air-wirebrushing the rotor mating surface of the steelie getting off any rust or crap, then reseated by hand. This seemed to improve the way it drove to me but that could be seat of the pants feeling, or just luck in centering if I put them back on. Any ideas?

Theres no difference in the wheel. But its very possible that one of them is bent, out of balance, bubbled, unevenly worn etc.....
