Having spent 5 years around a college campus, you tend to see most of the bottom of the barrel. Now it obviously goes without saying that if you buy crap, you're going to get it, but I'm pretty sure every set of these exel wheels (isn't that Wheelmax's brand anyways?) was dented, peeling, etc..... they're honest to goodness ****. Spend the money on brand name wheels, or at least the first rate knockoffs like rota, konig, etc...

do not skimp when it comes to wheels and tires. pay the extra few hundred bucks and save yourself a lot of trouble. its usually always true, "Pay a little more now, or pay a lot later."

I've never actually seen them that much around here. I was so close to buying their velox vx-8 replicas. I'm glad I got my C2 replicas instead, painted em black, ended up being exactly what I wanted.
I have seen one set of exel rims though at my shop. 3 of his rims were bent, it looked very bad.
