I know I have 15" rims, yet I don't know the width. the thing is, I want to use my current tires on the rims I want to buy. Will my tires work on a 15"x7 or 15"x6.5? What are are honda's default wheel width size?

I currently have steel 15" rims, (don't know the width) So what is the default width for steel wheels? I have an 2004 Civic LX

6" wide I think.
Your tires will work on either width but it'll look more stretched out on the 7" than on the 6.5".
