Rally Wheels

I'm planning on doing a road course rally in my civic in the next few months. The course that the local group I want to join does is always road courses, so I'm not trying to off road with the wheels/tires, rather I'm looking for best performance/stability in a rim while maintaining some style. From the folks that I have talked to out there they tell me to go with Enkei. They say they hold up well for the cash. I think I've narrowed it down to the follwing three in 16". Let me see what you guys think. If you recommend something else other than what I have chosen please throw in your 2 cents. I just don't want my car looking like every other riced out civic in S. Jersey, I want a clean almost BMW style look to her.

Enkei CDR9

Enkei J10

Enkei RS6

Ummmm you don't put Enkeis on a BMW.
Second, the first and third of those are on every riced out civic and they're heavy.
Third, BMW style would probably require $400 a piece rims
Fourth, its wise to not track your street wheels and visa versa. Most people have 2 sets.
Fifth, If you're tracking any enkei wheels, buy RP-F1s
Sixth, its a civic, not a BMW

I agree. Dont track your street wheels. U can get some slips for cheap. I've heard that some old miata wheels fit on the civic that only weigh 13~14 lbs a piece.

Don't use Miata wheels. You need to redrill the centerbore for them to fit.

Boilermaker - Thanks for point #6, I wasn't aware. I like the stance of the 3 series sedans and I feel the profile of the civic sedan is similar enough that simialar styled rims would look nice without being rice. I didn't intend on getting rims that had the roundel on them.

042dr - Broaden my horizen to include what? More expencive rims? Multiple brand rims in the options presented in my original post? 20"s instead of 16"s? Trade my Civic for a WRX?

Folks when I said BMW style look I meant in the fact that the 4dr sedan doesn't look like a street racer, but rather clean and stylish. I was going to say JDM, but I know how many folks will jump all over me for insinuating that I wanted a clean JDM looking sedan to rally.

I like the J10s the best too DDragon.

Keep 'em comming folks.
