bent rims

bent rims
is there such a place that can fix rims that have been bent? i have 2 black 5zigen fno1rc's i want to get rid of but one is bent pretty good, and the other is scratched good. i dont want to sell them if they cant be fixed.

i think they still make those. i suggest just getting a new one. when they fix your rims, they have to reheat the rim to bend it back thus weakening the metal. sooner or later the rim will have a slow air leak(caused by tiny bends because the rim is weak). just talking from personal experience.....i would only get it fixed if they are discontinued rims

You can't fix aluminum rims, especially cast ones. No matter what miracle process they claim, it just can't be done. Buy a new one. The curb rash, can probably be fixed by a refinisher.

Rep Power: 295 curb rash can be fixed with some emry cloth, althogh it will scratch away your paint on em it will make em smooth like new.......i have done this already to my 5zigen fn01rc wheels when i got them used. i bent one of my 5zigen wheels too.....and im just bought a new one...so yea not worth to get it reparied imo....too expensive.......

Rep Power: 0 i've already gotten 2 new ones, now i have 2 just sitting at home, and i want to get rid of them, but dont want to throw them out if i dont have to. if anyone wants them, i can take pictures of them to show damage. pay for shipping and they are yours, otherwise they are going in the trash.
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

Rep Power: 0 the coffee table might not be a bad idea, but im leaving here soon and probably going somewhere where i have to fit all of my belongings inside my car. and i have too much **** to keep a coffee table that i dont exactly need.
i will work on the pictures, I don't have the internet at home currently, (monday the 3rd i should) but i have access at work. im not able to take a picture and upload it to this computer though. I'll get that to you as soon as i can.
