My wheel problems just never end

Today I got my car back after having it realigned. It doesn't vibrate anymore or anything. It does however, have another more annoying problem. Whenever I take corners fast enough to feel the tires grip the road, this horrible scraping noise happens. I checked all my fenders and tires for any sort of damage and I don't see anything noticeable. I'm still going to assume they're rubbing somewhere. I'm running 225/35/18 on eibach sportline springs and koni yellow shocks. I never had this problem before. This leads me to assume that when the car was aligned , they changed the offset just enough to hit the outer lip of the fender walls. Any sort of help is appreciated.

They didn't change the offset, they can't do that, its a property of the wheel. What they did do is change your camber. They corrected it back to spec rather than leaving it negative like you probably had it, and you have such a wide tire its rubbing now. Post your alignment numbers. Chances are you should be able to take it back and have them kick a little negative camber back into the car.

^ just have them add a lil more negative camber. its the tire rubbing the fender when the body rolls.

I know giving the wheels negative camber will work, but my car is mostly for highway driving. I only push it when I find a road with some good curves. I'm leaning towards rolling the back fenders, since I can see marks on the rear tires. I'm not sure about the front ones though since they don't have much of a lip on the inside and I don't see any tire damage. I could remove that plastic inner fender or modify it in some way. Has anyone had experience with this?

Edit: I just bought a baseball bat and rolled them a little. I got maybe 1/4 of an inch. Hopefully that'll be enough to keep it from rubbing when I hit bumps. I'm not sure how to bend it completely up. I can't seem to get enough leverage. Any tips?

don't crack your paint.

is the car raised up when you're bending it...you can get more leverage.

Rolling the fenders seems a bit extreme to me. If your toe is correctly zeroed out, you won't wear your tires with a little bit of camber. I've been driving around for over a year now with over 2 degrees of negative camber and the tires don't show it.

I'll keep that in mind, but sadly I've rolled my fenders and cracked some paint already. The paint is damaged on the inside while it's not noticeable, I know it's harmful. I was in a really tough position because I had to get to work today and an alignment would have left me with out a car. Under normal road driving nothing rubs now, so that's good. Not even having a chance to feel the difference bigger tires make when cornering, not so good. What I'm going to do once I get the chance is take it to a family friend who owns a body shop and garage. I'll probably have him touch up a few spots and adjust the camber like you said. I didn't want to roll the fenders in the first place but, sometimes you just have to choose. I mean: Tire and fender damage, or controlled fender damage .
