yes. just make sure you have the correct tire size and whatnot.
use the tire calculator to see how much of your speedometer would be affected.

and IMO, thats a downgrade. the 13's would be lighter as the 15" steelies are heavier

He might get less tire spin though.

You don't have to worry about the calculator, if....

The outter diameter of the tire on the 13 inch is the same as the 15 inch. If you need help in figuring this out, just let me know!

I took the 15's off my 02civic and wanted to put them on my 93civic. The tires on the 15's are brand new and I was just avoiding a new tire purchase for my 93 by swapping the wheels. I was just wondering if the offset was the same?

Shouldn't I think all civic's have the smaller knuckle. If you do need the rings, you'll know, you'll have a major viberation when you stop.

so you want to take the 15" wheels off your 2003 civic ex (assuming you have one from ur sig) and want to throw them on your 1993 civic lx sedan, correct? if so, yes they will fit cause its same bolt pattern 4x100, the only thing you need to worry about is the speedometer..cause when you change tire sizes, the speedo wouldnt be as accurate. check out the tire calculator under "quick links".

it'll fit no matter what, question should be whether if your ok to alter your speedo...

but if your gonna throw the 13's on the 2003 civic... you may have a problem possiblity... not sure

They've been the same since 88, maybe earlier, but definitely 88....
56.1mm hubs, same offset (it depends on the OE rim width), what fits one fits them all.
The tires will be too big, you probably need to go down to a 50 or 55 profile.
