i didn't see anything about suspension or drops... well, not like that i know of.
What tires do you have. My guess would be that when you got 17"s you also got wider stickier tires. Now you have more contact with the road & the tires are doing what they are designed for....sticking to the road.
is kumho ecsta something 205-40r-17
is sticking to the road no i just got it from a friend n put it on.
i mean everything is find but like if the road is bump'n it stick'n to the road.
like my steerin wheels moving left and right. ne1 noe wut im talkn bout?

like i notices all teh wheels,
the diver side has 5 of those weights.
the back of the driver side has 4
the back of the passenger has 3
and the passenger front has 2 (theres a shading like 1 of it fell off or something)
there like 1/4 oz..is it suppost to b like that? i thought all of them should have the same amount usually my old donuts have 1 fat clip on it.
it only turn like left n right when im on a bumpy road..other then that str8ght road its fine

hmm not sure what your talking about when you said "weights". im guessing the clips that you use when mounting new tires on? but otherwise, only 1 is neccesarly used.
205/40/17 is a very low profile tire, you have to expect to "feel" whats on the road mostly when your driving on rough roads.
have someone take a look at it. drive your car slowly and have someone inspect your tires to see if they are not wobbling.
