Is there a site you guys use? Or are there numbers somewhere on the tire that lets you know?

scarypunk has a little shameless behaviour in the past
if i look at the tire it will have numbers - ex 205/40/16
205- tire width
40 the sidewall depth/ width
16- the rim size that the tire fits on.

Any given tire will have a recomended wheel width...

For example, the Falken Azenis RT-215 in 205/50-15 has approved wheel widths of 5.5" to 7.5"

Just ask the manufacturer.

195/60/15

Sidewall: 4.61 in
Radius: 12.13 in
Diameter: 24.25 in
Circumference: 76.19 in
Revolutions/mile: 831.61

So how do I figure the width from this?

according to bridgstone, that tire is recomended to be mounted on a 5.5"-7" wheel

Like I said, Go to the mfg... they are, after all the people who made the tire.

I've tried to search, but could not find the width of the stock wheels on 2005 EX SE. The SE has different wheels than the regular EX. Is there a way to measure the rim? Where do I measure, lip to lip or throught the inner part of the rim? Here's the pic of the rim:

Sorry if I'm stepping on someone's thread.
