Which combo to go with?
Which combo to go with?
So here is what I found my two options.
Racinghart CR1
Nitto 450 or Toyo FZ4 215/45/17 tires
Total price mounted out the door $1,427
Racinghart CR1
Yokohama AVS ES100 215/45/17 tires
Total price mounted out the door $1,572
Total difference of $145
I have heard numerous good things about the Yokohama AVS tires. I know they have been around but are proven. I had the Toyo Proxe FZ4 on my last car and they seemed squishier than my Potenza RE950s which I loved. I also heard the Nitto 450's are pretty harsh tires. Any personal reccomendations or opinions.

Without snow use, go for the Yokos.
With snow use... go for the 950s.
I don't hear too many good things about the NT450s and the FZ4 has been replaced by the Proxes4.... so whatever you're getting is just overstock

I might be able to beat that price including shipping. I will not be able to offer Nitto or Toyo tire brands though. I can do Yoko AVS's on them too, but it will take about a week for me to get the wheels & tires, mount, balance & such then send to you. My cost to you $1545 exact same wheels & yoko avs in same tire size.
Sounds like a good fair price but for the total numbers I am talkin they would also be mounted on my car.
I would only be driving in summer warmer months I live in CT. Winter-time calls for me to put the steelies back on with caps for winter only then back to rims in the summer.
