Flat tires on slammed cars

This may sound dumb, but how the hell do you jack up a slammed car when you get a flat? I know that they make some jacks for lowered cars but how do you get that under the car with a big drop???

Low profile jacks tend to be a bit large for flat tire duty. Either carry a 2x4 to drive up on, or make sure there's enough room to get the stock screwjack under the car. If you're car is low enough to need the 2x4s.... make sure you have a full size spare. The donut isn't big enough.
