Question about 18" rims

i am about to buy or not a 18" rims with as a seller said with +30 offset, i don't know much about offset and all that rim terminalogy, i have 2005 honda civic coupe stock height, can you tell me will it look ok or not . please help

+30 isn't enough, its gonna hang out the fenders.
