Most of the time ebay is great for parts. When it comes to brakes though, you should spend more money on them for higher quality parts basically cause your *** is on the line if the parts fail in any fashion.

1) You don't have an EP3
2) You don't have rear DISK brakes unless you swapped. You have DRUM brakes. Make sure you take a look at the difference before you buy parts.

Those are either a generic picture or the guy is an idiot. Rears on the Si are solid not vented. If all you want is a blue hub... ummm VHT brake paint $8 solution.
dont get ebay crap, generally with brake parts there are three levels that shops go buy when purchasing them, cheap quality and good..... they normally go for the quality unless the car is high end.
these however are definately cheap probably slightly below cheap.
dont buy rotors off ebay, especailly if they are 10 bucks and especially if they are slotted and cross-drilled vented rotors for 10 bucks!
