Is there anyway possible that a wheel could have a new lug pattern drilled into it and leave the existing lug pattern already cut into the wheel? I just have a set of old Ford Focus 16" that may not sell and I do not want to throw them away. I would just rather sand them down, paint them and change the center caps (2.5" discs) and use them.

no. u cant. U can get those gay adapters that go onto your studs, and come with out a new bolt pattern, but they ARENT good. Just sell em and try to make some $$ and get new rims.
