hey how much would it run to get some wheels powdercoated out in CA... anybody know any good stores in the Gardena Torrance area in CA... any worldwide places?.... i called one place but they were askin about 200 a wheel.... isnt that expensive?

i dont know a place, but more places here charge $100 canadain per wheel, so thats outragous. u should fine like 50-75 per wheel. Or just do it urself!

i read on another forum that powder coatin them messes up ur wheel! wth is this about?... they say the heat like messes em up cuz there not usin the right ovens.. and ur rims will weaken after and its not good to do it ... anybody know bot this?

the only downfall of powdercoating that i know if is cracking. the rim is being stressed from the vehicles weight which may cause it to crack. and weather is another important issue.


powdercoating should be about a bill job for all 4 rims. if i remember, buddy of mine in san jose (diswickedcivic) gets his powdercoating done for $20 each rim?
