brakes make a weird sound? kinda like a bird?

well, i think it makes the noise whenever i take my foot off the brake...
if im going 50mph and doin it, its probably making the sound but, i just cant hear it
just sounds like theres air stuck or something?

if you hear noise when you are off your pedal and dont hear it when you are on the brakes, you need to replace your pads. that is the sound of the pad wear indicator scraping the living **** out of your rotors.

Not always, but could be the case. I would start with inspecting the brakes, front and rear.

Hate to bring up an old thread, but was hoping to get updates
My car's almost 40000 miles but had new pads put in about 1.5 years ago. Not sure if I had that chirpish-squeek after the pads were in. I've been ignoring it but I wouldn't mind getting rid of the noise. It's much louder from outside than from inside and sucks when I'm driving in an enclosed area like a parking garage.
