Take it to a shop, they'll do it right. Me and my uncle did a couple sets before on a buffing jack they came out awesome.....we have a metal finishing shop.

I just used meguiar's clear coat body scrub (safe for clear coat), cleaned off all the residue, and then waxed em. Looks just like when they were new.

uhhh...if you don't even know how to remove your rims, you probably shouldn't be touching them.

you're also 24 years old, why are your parents telling you what you can and cannot do?

did you read my post at all? Go buy those two things and put them on the wheels with a cotton detailing cloth. I did mine in about an hour without taking the rim off.

Mothers has a really nice polish cleaner that we use all the time on the bike and cleans up the wheels really well. I used to use them on my wheels, but they wont work with the ones that I have right now.

Jeebus... learn to read and do some research yourself... if you're too lazy to even look any of this stuff up, much less try it, then don't waste everyone's time trying to get someone to explain it to you step by step.

I already told you the options last night. You can't really change the finish of them in your driveway without messing them up. The only refinishing you can really DIY is painting them, but that doesn;t make them shinier. If you want them polished, then get them polished or buy a different set of rims. Thats really all thats to it. There's no magic stick that you can touch them with and all of a sudden have a mirror shine.
